Well it has been a long long wait, but soon we will be flying to China to get our daughter. It is hard for me to comprehend that I will be on a plane in about two weeks to get her. Our journey began March of 2006 as the Lord led us to the decision to adopt a girl from China. We began our paperwork in April of 2006 not knowing what to expect. Well, I will have to say all the paperwork was overwhelming and I cried several times wondering if we would ever get a child. In August 2006 our Adoption Agency matched us with this beautiful little girl. It really has been a long wait, but we have always known that God was in control and in His perfect timing He would bring us our beautiful daughter. Now the time has come to go! We will be leaving for China on August 31st and then coming back with our daughter on September 12th.
Clint and I have two wonderful boys that are 12 and 9. Their names are Braxton and Davis and they are so excited to be big brothers to their new sister.
